ZipScope sells digital commercial intelligence reports generated from location, demographic, economic, and business presence data. Because these reports are delivered immediately as private online report pages, refund eligibility depends on whether the report has already been accessed, generated, or delivered.

Before you purchase

We encourage every visitor to start with the free ZIP report and review the sample report before purchasing a paid report. This helps you understand the format, type of information, and limitations of ZipScope reports before making a payment.

ZipScope reports provide directional commercial intelligence. They do not guarantee revenue, ROI, sales, profit, pricing, or market share.

Digital reports are generally final once accessed.

Paid ZipScope reports are generated and delivered digitally. Once a paid report has been generated, unlocked, accessed, or delivered through a private report link, the purchase is generally considered final.

If the paid report has already been generated for your selected ZIP, industry, or location, it may not be eligible for a refund.

If the private report link has been opened or used, the report is considered accessed and the sale is generally final.

What refunds do not cover

ZipScope reports are designed to support business decisions, but they do not guarantee business outcomes. Refunds are not issued because a user expected financial predictions that ZipScope does not provide.

How to request a refund review

If you believe your purchase qualifies for review, contact us with the details of your transaction.

Email us with your name, email used at checkout, order number if available, ZIP Code analyzed, report type purchased, and a brief explanation of the issue.

We review the case

We may verify payment status, report generation status, access logs, delivery status, and any technical issue related to the transaction.

Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of purchase.


Requests submitted after this period may still be reviewed, but approval is not guaranteed.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

Enterprise and custom requests

Enterprise requests may involve custom analysis, multi-territory review, manual preparation, consulting time, or special scope definitions.

Custom work may follow separate terms

If an Enterprise or custom analysis request requires manual work, special preparation, or agreed project scope, refund terms may be defined separately before work begins. Deposits or custom project payments may become non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
