ZipScope sells digital commercial intelligence reports generated from location, demographic, economic, territorial, and business presence data. Because our products are digital and delivered electronically, there are no physical goods to return.
Overview
Once a report has been generated, delivered, unlocked, accessed, or made available through a private report link, the purchase is generally considered final. We encourage every user to review the free report, sample report, Data Disclaimer, and product descriptions before purchasing a paid report.
Digital product
ZipScope reports are delivered electronically as private online report pages. No physical product is shipped.
No physical return
Because the product is digital, there is no physical item to return once the report has been delivered or accessed.
Access may be immediate
Paid reports may be generated and made available shortly after payment confirmation.
Paid digital reports are generally non-refundable once delivered.
Because the value of a ZipScope report is delivered digitally, paid report purchases are generally final once the report has been generated, unlocked, accessed, or delivered through a private report link.
Generated reports
If a report has already been generated for your selected ZIP, industry, or territory, it is generally not eligible for refund.
Accessed links
If the private report link has been opened or used, the report is considered accessed and the purchase is generally final.
Delivered value
Once the digital report is available to the customer, the report value has been delivered.

Refund eligibility
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. In many situations, we may first attempt to resolve the issue by restoring access, regenerating the report, or correcting a verified technical issue.

Non-refundable situations
Refunds are generally not available when the report has been delivered successfully or when the issue relates to expectations outside the purpose of ZipScope reports.

- the paid report has already been generated;
- the private report link has already been accessed;
- the report was delivered successfully;
- the user entered the wrong ZIP Code, industry, email address, or other request information;
- the user changed their mind after purchase;
- the user expected revenue, ROI, profit, pricing, or market share estimates;
- the user disagrees with the interpretation, score, insight, or recommendation provided in the report;
- the user did not read the Data Disclaimer before purchase;
- the report was used for business review, decision-making, printing, sharing, or internal analysis.
No financial guarantee
ZipScope reports are informational decision-support tools. They do not guarantee business success, revenue, sales, profitability, return on investment, customer acquisition, or market performance.
No revenue estimates
ZipScope does not estimate or guarantee revenue, sales, ARPU, transaction volume, margins, profitability, or future income.
No ROI guarantee
Reports do not guarantee return on investment, customer acquisition, expansion success, or business performance.
No market share claim
Reports do not provide real pricing, market share, competitor revenue, cost structure, or operational financial analysis.
A refund will not be issued because a business decision made after reviewing a report did not produce the expected outcome.
ZipScope helps users read market signals more clearly. It does not guarantee what will happen after a user makes a business decision.
Incorrect user information
Reports are generated based on the information submitted by the user. Please review all submitted information before completing a purchase.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for confirming the ZIP Code, selected industry, email address, report type, and any submitted business objective or territory information.
Generated from submitted details
If a report is generated using incorrect information entered by the user, the purchase is generally not eligible for refund.
Enterprise and custom requests
Enterprise inquiries, custom reports, multi-territory analysis, consulting-style work, or special research requests may be subject to separate refund terms.
Custom work may follow separate terms
If custom work has started, a deposit or payment may become partially or fully non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Enterprise refunds are reviewed case by case and may depend on the scope, preparation time, manual analysis, and work already completed.
How to request a refund review
To request a refund review, contact ZipScope with the details of your purchase and a brief explanation of the issue.

- email address used at checkout;
- order number, if available;

- ZIP Code or territory analyzed;
- date of purchase;
- brief explanation of the issue.
Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Requests submitted after 7 days may still be reviewed, but approval is not guaranteed.
